Commercial Landscape Maintenance Account Manager

Responsibilities
Maintain relationships with existing commercial landscape maintenance clients. Conduct routine job site inspections and communicate with the clients. Create project estimates and produce proposals to improve clients’ properties.

Qualifications
Must have good communication skills and provide proactive solutions to issues within clients’ landscaping. Must have extensive knowledge of all phases of landscape maintenance services. Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a landscape maintenance customer service operation. Plant identification along with associated maintenance methods are necessary to provide clients with the optimum & professional landscaping results for their properties. Written and verbal communication skills are essential. Computer skills with various software knowledge are required. Valid driver’s license is required.

Compensation $65,000-80,000 per year may vary based on skills and experience.
